Prior to joining the Great Schools Trust in November 2022, I worked in various marketing management positions across the education sector, gaining extensive experience in student recruitment, account management, and planning and delivering a wide range of events. I was delighted to join the trust, as I have always been dedicated to achieving positive student outcomes and providing all young people with high-quality education, regardless of their background.
My role as Head of Marketing & Communications entails overseeing the internal and external marketing communications for the trust, which includes supporting schools with their student recruitment. I also develop and strengthen the Great Schools Trust and King's Leadership Academy brands as we grow and expand into new areas, as well as contribute to the planning and organisation of key events such as staff conferences and researchED.
My goal going forward in the role is to support the expansion of the trust as we grow and welcome schools from across the North West into our Great Schools Trust family, ensuring all staff and students feel proud to be part of the trust. I strongly believe in our mission to develop academic skills and intellectual habits, alongside character and leadership traits, to ensure young people in our trust achieve their full potential.
