My professional journey began after university, when I ventured into the corporate world and worked as an analyst for a bank. However, my heart led me to pursue a parallel path as a special constable in the Heywood area, where I could contribute to community welfare while honing my analytical skills in a different context.

Despite finding success in the corporate sector, my true calling was in education. Over the past 16 years, I have dedicated myself to the field, immersing myself in the intricacies of educational data and curriculum development. Specialising in mathematics, I find immense joy in teaching and guiding my students through the fascinating world of numbers.

My current role as Principal at King’s Leadership Academy Warrington is a position I hold with immense pride and dedication. I am committed to fostering an environment of innovation, inclusivity, and academic excellence. I am deeply invested in the success and well-being of every student, guiding them towards their full potential and preparing them to make a positive impact on the world.

I firmly believe that education is the key to unlocking endless opportunities for young people. It is not just a phase but a lifelong journey of growth and discovery. My role as a headteacher is not just about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing leaders who will shape the future.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I am passionate about mentoring and empowering students to realise their dreams. I firmly believe that education empowers individuals and communities, and I am dedicated to playing my part in creating a brighter future for generations to come.
