Trust ICT Support Officer
ICT Support Officer Joe Ireland has recently joined the Great Schools Trust and will be assisting staff and students with IT issues and requests as well as monitoring, configuring and maintaining IT systems, devices and user accounts. Joe is delighted to be joining the trust and “developing as a professional and being able to work towards a long-term career in IT.”
Joe was a previous student of King’s Leadership Academy Warrington and always had a passion for technology and problem solving. He went on to study Computer Science with Game Engineering at Newcastle University before gaining employment in customer service and IT support positions.
Joe is greatly looking forward to progressing within his new role and learning about a variety of technologies, including cloud-based systems. He intends to learn about the world of IT, develop his skills and expertise, and make a positive contribution to the trust.
