I was appointed as Talent Architect at The Great Schools Trust in February 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in education recruitment. I am dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent to support the success of our students and schools. My role focuses on identifying and nurturing exceptional educators and support staff who embody our core values of professionalism, integrity, and respect.
I am currently completing an Associate Diploma in People Management (Level 5) with the CIPD, further strengthening my expertise in talent strategy and workforce planning. A key focus of my role is implementing a strategic talent development approach across the Trust, ensuring we have strong succession planning, talent mapping, and retention strategies in place. I work closely with school leaders to enhance professional development opportunities, improve staff wellbeing initiatives, and develop a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that supports long-term career growth.
My goal is to support our Leadership teams in building a thriving workforce where every staff member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
