Recently the King’s Adventure team has been building a new partnership with Commando Joe’s, who exist to help young people find their place, feel capable and ultimately flourish in a challenging world.
Using their RESPECT framework, alongside an experienced team of inspirational role models and education professionals the team at Commando Joe’s work with schools and teachers to create a powerful syllabus of character-based learning. Their focus on empathy, resilience, kindness and fortitude, aligns well with the Great Schools Trust vision and mission.
The partnership will embed leadership opportunities into our all academies, with purpose-built programmes that are fully resourced, qualification opportunities for our Leadership Legends and enhance the King’s Adventure offer across the Trust!
In the new year we will be able to share more on this as some of our cadets’ head to Commando Joe’s HQ to test out some of the programmes and give them feedback and the King’s Adventure team attends a training day with their specialist trainers.
